Welcome to SK8Cult. By accessing or using our website (www.sk8cult.com) and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.

1. About Us

SK8Cult is a South African online retailer specialising in skateboard goods, including skateboard decks, accessories, apparel and collectable products.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including where products are unavailable, pricing errors have occurred, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

3. Pre-Orders

Certain products may be offered as pre-orders. These are items scheduled for a future release by our suppliers.

Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase.
Pre-order items will only be shipped once they have been released by the supplier and received by SK8Cult.
Release and delivery dates are estimates only and may change without notice.
Supplier allocations may be reduced or cancelled. If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, we will notify you and provide a full refund for the affected item.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the order may be held until all items are available unless separate shipping arrangements are made.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand

Shipping charges are calculated separately and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

SK8Cult reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

5. Payment

Payment must be made in full before any order is processed or dispatched.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk for the goods transfers to you once they have been delivered.

7. Product Information

We aim to display products, colours and graphics as accurately as possible. Due to differences in screen settings, lighting and the natural characteristics of wood, slight variations may occur.

Many skateboard products are limited releases or collectable products. Natural wood grain, minor printing variations and manufacturing imperfections that do not affect the structural integrity or intended use of the product are not considered defects. Minor cosmetic blemishes ("blems"), including small marks, foil imperfections or finish variations received from the manufacturer, are considered normal and are not grounds for return or exchange.

8. Limited Edition & Collectable Products

Certain products are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.

Numbered, limited edition or collectable skateboard goods may vary slightly from promotional images due to manufacturing processes, packaging changes or wood grain variations.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, artwork, text and branding, is the property of SK8Cult or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
Copy, scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit website content without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, SK8Cult shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights afforded to consumers under the South African Consumer Protection Act.

13. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African data protection legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

SK8Cult reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective upon publication on this website. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
